In the present scenario, almost all services are available on mobile phones, such as grocery marts, food marts, bookings, trading, and everything else. So, we want to bring product repairing to your mobile.

About E-Waste

Follow the concept of reduce and reuse. First of all, do not buy electronics without need. Always see if you really need it. Also, focus on using whatever electronics you have as much as possible and for a longer time.
E-waste refers to items that are useful to you but you are unable to use them. You might not even realize that you can repair and use them again. We are here to help you with this. Small businesses, like repair shops, often lack sufficient business, so they take less interest in repairing. As a result, new goods are quickly offered to you, and you end up not repairing damaged items and instead buying new ones. Use-and-throw items are easily available and can be bought cheaply. If branded items get damaged, we often don't repair them and instead opt for cheaper alternatives. Repairing branded items takes time and money, so those who are unwilling to pay for repairs often discard them as e-waste. Customers are encouraged to use local items instead of branded ones. If these local items get damaged, they are thrown in the dustbin, and new items are purchased, leading to significant waste. At home, you might accumulate 1-2 kg of e-waste, which is harmful. India generates 62 million tons of waste each year, including 2 million tons of e-waste. Our motto is to manage e-waste and help India reduce it.

3. If the item is repairable, we will pick it up and repair it.
4. The cost of repairs and parts will be shared via call or WhatsApp.
5. We will start the repair process only after your permission.
6. Before delivery, you will pay the repair cost and delivery charges. Delivery is valid for seven days.
7. Non-repairable items will also be delivered with delivery charges.
8. Unused items will be managed as e-waste with your permission or automatically after seven days.
9. We are here to help you, so you have no legal rights against Perfect Services.
10. We will try our best to provide excellent service and help with your product.
11. Repaired items may be opened or damaged during the repair process.
12. We will serve you as soon as possible, but sometimes it depends on parts availability, so we are time-bound.
13. We will try our best to repair your items, but we do not claim 100% accuracy.
